This is as bad as the monologue. Her personality is so loud and dominating that she barely lets the guest speak. She needs to temper down how annoying she is or else this show will get cancelled soon. Then again, NBC has kept that awful Jimmy Fallon so who knows.

I was rooting for Lily but this is so bad. There's a big difference between making cheesy youtube videos and being a late night comedy host. Her jokes haven't improved even slightly.

She needs to realize she needs to appeal to more than just 12 year old girls.

She has 7/8 writers for the show... this would be sad... I would rather say give them some creative freedom... My concern is she is so dominant and stubborn... this might be her downfall... I want her to be successful but she is overenthusiastic about everything... she really doesn't need to be involved with everything...

Youtube success doesn't get the respect that TV success does. Same way TV is the inferior cousin to movie stardom.

She needs to find a way to appeal to other people and not just little teenage girls. They most likely aren't going to be watching a late night show after the initial hype. Lily needs to get an older audience now and the type of jokes she made on the first day aren't going to cut it.

This sounded like something she came up with in her bedroom for a youtube video. What were the other 7 or 8 writers doing?

I will take it is a practice session... In coming episodes she will get better..

No more brown color gender jokes.. she has made that point enough already.. her monologue was awkward to watch.
