Finally YUD is ending...wow should have ended like an year ago...and I am really perplexed that people are doing petitions about extending the show....the content has been long lost...the day the story moved to Delhi without proper insight to what they wanted to do, the show lost its charm...

@Kavi: I am waiting on the 3rd season of The Crown as well. The first two were done so beautifully, the effort from the team is just 👍🏼 although I got bored with Margret's story🥱. Not sure why so much detail was needed. Edward VIII, the uncle's story was good, I enjoyed watching Churchill's story also. Ofcourse the Queen and her husband - the dilemma the Queen has had to go through each and every time especially in those days keeping the Crown the most important is so touching to see. It reminds me of all the times we have read in our mythology about being king vs family - Lord Ram or even Bheesma (loyalty vs family)

I am reading Becoming by Michelle Obama. It has been very good read so far. Such common people just like us went on to become the POTUS and FLOTUS is very inspiring. I hope Michelle enters politics and eventually runs for President one day.

I am excited for Crown 3 as well, wonder if they will touch on the Diana controversy. Also Becoming by Michelle Obama has been on my list for long. Currently mostly watching HGTV house hunting shows. Love to watch beach house hunt and island hunters always amazes; people talk of millions as if they are in everyone's bank 😆

Becoming is on my list too...infact I just requested it in my library last week. I am hold number 34...She is such an inspiring personality. Love her and respect her! I do wish she joins politics..she would be far better than the current douche that we have...but I doubt it...

I watched Mindhunter on Netflix...saw the 1st season last year and the 2nd one released last week....its about 2 FBI agents who were the pioneers in identifying patterns about serial killers...its gripping and thrilling...if anyone is interested...heard lot about Money Heist and Leila too...planning on trying those. Leila has Huma Qureshi...Sacred Games anyone? Anything interesting on ITV?

If anyone is interested - there is an amazing writer who writes general fiction and KYY fiction - I like her work - https://manitav.net she is currently writing 2. I like the Beyond Every Borders very much. I read a few of her other general fiction too which she took out as she gave them for publications.

Nivi, summer has been fun...schools start next week and my little one starts Kinder this year...mixed emotions...they grow up so fast!

Nivi and Neha, I read that the Queen and Philip's role will be played by elderly actors now. Wonder if Diana's story will come into picture.

And like Nivi said, I loved how they showed Elizabeth's uncle story and how it all tied down in the end.

Though did not really get if Philip cheated on his wife or not.

Now eagerly waiting for season 3.

Princess Margaret’s roller-coaster relationship with Antony Armstrong-Jones played a major part of The Crown’s second season, and the dissolution of their marriage will play out in season three.

Emma Corrin will play Lady Diana Spencer in The Crown Season Four. Emerald Fennell will play Camilla Shand in The Crown Season Three.

How are you? How is life going on?

Saw the Love Aaj Kal-2 trailer...Sara's acting was 👎 🤔 ...however my main aim to talk about this was because the second story of Love Aaj Kal-2 shows a 90s school affair and it reminded me of our YUDKBH days..God it was so much fun....Ahh I wish the serial hadn't be ruined later...I miss that fun, our daily IF activities...our posts...I miss you guys...if it hadn't been for that show I wouldn't even have joined IF in the first place....

Anyway how are things at your end? Watching anything good...I watched half of Crown season-3...it is good...but now I'm truly bored with too much story of Margaret....it is boring ...the Queen and the actual issues get sidelined cause of Margaret...previous seasons was fine but now it is too much to handle for me...

Anyway you guys take care....hope to see you guys here...
