This topic has been discussed time and over again .To give answer of ur question ; I will say Why for once not asking Why kalyani had done just a dumb thing ! She had hid it right ?Then why did she wear it ?Ppl often complains why malhar got angry ?Kalyani had given him the reason .She never consults , never asks him . She could have told Malhar about it . But she didn't to save him from heartbreak. So both have their reason and reactions had come in accordance to it . And if malhar scold her she had also done her kiddish thing ! Malhar asked her what was the purpose of doing so? He even reasoned that previously she had also wore saree !Then did why did u do it today ? she did not reply.
And if we want ,to see a normal husband and wife relationship then we must get it straight that a husband and wife doesnt say sorry in every wake of life . But for a change ; Malhar did three things. which was very praiseworthy. He defended her infront of everyone .2. He asked Anu about it and try to know the actual issue .and Anu told him the truth and also said that I had asked kalyani to tell u about this but she didn't . 3. She scolded Swara and defended his wife . Malhar ne kaha ki tumne kalyani par inzam dala hai and his eyes were fuming in anger .
Malhar always give natural reaction .and Its quite normal to g et off guard and angry to see his wife in shorts in the middle of a puja ! He was more shocked than being angry ! This is how kalyani and malhar ',s, character has been written .She is pure at heart but is impulsive and kiddish. While Malhar get reactive first . This is how kalma had evolved .
