I know we are all sort of upset with this track, and it will be hard to watch save for a few nice KalMaSh moments. But I sort of see where this track intends to go. Malhar has been super lonely all his life, always wishing for a family, a real family, that's why he was so attached to Sampada and the Deshmukhs. But ever since that betrayal, he's been feeling like he has no real family, even though we all know his family is Kalyani, Moksh and AnuSar.

Now that he has a family, he's head over heels for them. Willing do anything for them but again there is a betrayal coming down the pipeline for him. But this is a good thing - he will realize what Kalyani realizes same time last year, that raabta is not about blood, that real family is not about blood. Real family is the people that come through for you. I think we might finally get a confession from him, too. But this will be a long track - probs till the end of October.
