i think the main reason she is not blaming bajaj is because she didn't have expectations or hopes from him as he was a stranger that time.. but with anu she did have expectations / hopes.. its human tendency .. normally you will accuse or blame someone only because you had some hopes from them..
Pre will accuse bajaj only if she gets to know the act was planned by ronit and bajaj.. right now the way CVS are showing it.. it seems like it was ronit who planned it and anu was his bait.. bajaj just twisted the situation for his daughter... I mean he didn't plan it...
