The concept and treatment of the show and characters was unique and not to mention it had stalwarts like Jennifer Winget and Harshad Chopda who are a powerhouse of a performer, both. Had an amazing supporting cast but the TRPs were horrible. It made it to top 10 in the first week because of the concept which was intriguing. After that the TRPs dropped. Worse part the makers ruined the show with silly tracks but yet the leads were fab. Finally it got an abrupt end. That's why I was sceptical about giving KHKT a shot. Exactly the TRPs ruin the essence and the originality of a show

The race behind TRP is making quality content to disappear faster than the bs shown on TV

The mentality of the audience is not going to change so we have very little say in such matters

I hate that we have so less say in such matters

The fact that they release 90% of the episode on Instagram as BTS doesn't help.

They should not release the entire sequence beforehand

Hotstar is the issue. I don't understand why release the episode so many hours before the actual telecast on TV. This show is aimed at TV audiences and not a web series that Hotstar should get first dibs . Either have it concurrently or a day later. You can't promote one platform at the cost of a show. And when there is no earlier release, the insta clips will take care of itself to a large extent.
