The idea that Rohit operated on Raima without her Mum wanting it isn't possible because in every dumb show also they have shown that doctors can operate on patients only after the sign on consent form by blood relative/gaurdian. In no way, they'll atleast show Rohit operated without the consent. Raima's Mom is just in her daughter saving mode I guess where she just sees Rohit as threat on Raima's life, paranoia it can be. Those friends are pretty lame and somehow, I feel that guy friend loves/likes Raima and that's why trying to support Raima's mom for his benefit. That girl friend perhaps is Raima's best friend who, like her Mum, sees Rohit at fault.

I also had my doubts about the guy friend when he was pushing Rohit out of the house. He might have some feelings for Raima. About the consent thing, I agree even the dumbest of shows have one such scene like you said where the FL or ML have to sign a consent form which they do after doing to episodes full of drama and rona dhona.

Yes! That definitely won't be the case. Rohit can't operate when Raima's Mum isn't ready to give consent. Otherwise his licence could get cancelled (I guess. Not sure)

I think his licence can get revoked because that is an important requirement as the patient's family can later deny that we didn't tell him to operate so they take it in written from the relatives.
