Lootera It is already has cult status in most circles. Other than that 🤔 hmm most good movies have worked. Tamasha has a fan following yes but I don't think its cult.

Lootera... This is one movie that is reminisiced like crazy by most netizens fans and non fans (of the actors) alike.. on the anniversary people bring up the movie and they discuss the movie.

Tamasha? No one even talks about that movie anymore lol... I barely see any references to it anywhere. Forget cult, no one even remembers it lol

I haven't watched the film tbh. I can't really comment but I've watched a few scenes here and there. I believe the script is poorly written. Acting was fine. Ranbir impressed me.

Jhms was like the whole movie is like the first half of tamasha. Characters behaving random quircky just cz script me likha h

The Corsica portions were so cringeworthy. The bits in the middle where Ved turns out to be completely different from his Don-self was truly interesting and should have explored further. Instead Imtiaz wrapped it up all very conveniently.

I actually liked Jagga Jasoos, I was surprised when it tanked at BO.

Lootera would be the second one, it was really slow but it had some feel good vibes and really great cinematography and story telling. I wish it wasn't stretched and a bit fast in terms of story telling.

Sadly Ranbir hasn't had much luck at the BO for a few years (Sanju being the exception). Jaga Jasoos and Tamasha were both good and should have been hits
