Getting married to US citizen can give you Citizenship, you mean?
Indian couples.. techies.. wanting to settle in US.. struggle hard daily.. with no peace of mind.. and try to get GC.. which they eventually get after many years.. as Visa processing is very slow..

Yes.
If one is born in the US, you are considered a citizen, no PR or Visa needed.
And someone who marries a US Citizen becomes a citizen as well.
Rules for GC in US and PR in other places have become strict now
