Has anyone noticed that whenever Kangana has a break from work our Shaitan dearest is prolific on IF? Just a thought.

I actually don’t think Neetu wants him to settle down. She is the typical helicopter, obsessive mother who would rather her son stays at home forever and fill the emotional void created by the abusive hubby dearest. She is entertaining his (younger) girlfriends because she knows how pr works and it helps his Casanova image (which sells). As soon as the girl is at marriage age/talks I am sure this is when things start to fizzle out. He dumped all his girlfriends who wanted to move onto the next step. That’s why no active actress with a career and ambition will ever be her choice. She will pick a young, well to do girl from Delhi (like Mira) when he is in 40’s.

Everyone is talking about how Ranbir is getting old and should get married and how Alia is a perfect person who fulfills all the criterion like a young millennial-check, parents approval-check and blah blah. But what about Alia, isn't she too young to get married given the fact that she is in her mid 20s and acing in her career. Would she like to settle down at such an age?

You can complain all you want but Alia is a big star in the real world. Probably no.1 right now. She is doing really well and gets a lot of good movies.

I'm just saying if you're looking for her fans on forums like this, you won't find them. Her fan base is mostly young girls and teens. They don't use the internet in the same way as older people do. They are fooling around on snapchat or hanging out on her instagram at most.

Imagine how posts would be entirely different if "getting-too-old-so-get-married" were aimed at unmarried ladies (-which I actually appreciate on this forum) ... So why the different attitude for the guys?! ... Marriage doesn't define anyone .. be it a woman or man ... Who really cares whether one is ready or not to settle down!

Alia is doing well? She just delivered a big flop in the name of Kalank, two of her so called "sexy" songs flopped too Prada and Hook Up Song. Buzz for Bramastra is low and the SLB movie got canned LOL.....

Anushka got married at 29, Kajol got married at 25 and Neetu Singh even earlier though she gave up her career. I dont think her age matters now this new trend is starting that bollywood actresses can get married early, and as long as being Kapoor bahu is the prize then anything is possible.

According to rumours Neetu did try to find a non-filmy, rich bride for Ranbir but he was not going for it... RK is in his late 30s, an an age most Desi parents think their children should settle down. Rishi's cancer could have made Ranbir more inclined to fulfill his parents wishes of seeing him getting married. Since Ranbir is not settling for a non-filmy bride Alia is good choice too since she is from a bollywood family, young, popular, have a powerful mentor. If the relationship is beneficial to his image (pr) and personal life I'm sure Neetu will be more than willing to accept a career oriented bahu. Alia is an industry kid who knows the nature of most bollywood marriages..her own father is known for his affairs he had whilst married to his first wife. She will be more acceptable and willing to compromise to keep up the image than an outsider.
