it's simple as that she didn't like his touch and expressed it and he instead of being genuinely sorry goes on to make her feel bad for not liking his touch..

dis is justifiable cz he is in love and he can touch her? i don't know if you are really not getting the point here or replying for the sake of it..

This touch topic has been explained in yesterdays episode.

U may hv innumerable wrong marriages or worse marriages on itv, tht doesnt justify this coz oh-this-is-better-than-those so its right. No its not. Whts wrong is wrong.

How does law reads blackmail?

Blackmailing amounts to Criminal intimidation, which is well defined in the Indian Penal Code section 503 as :- Whoever threatens another with any injury to his person, reputation or property, or to the person or reputation of any one in whom that person is interested, with intent to cause alarm to that person, or to cause that person to do any act which he is not legally bound to do, or to omit to do any act which that person is legally entitled to do, as the means of avoiding the execution of such threat, commits criminal intimidation. The offence of Criminal intimidation can be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

Now what is forced marriage? This is according to Article 16 and 23 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights 1966 (c).

A forced marriage is a marriage that takes place without the full and free consent of both parties. Force can include physical force, as well as being pressurised emotionally, being threatened or being a victim of psychological abuse. Forced marriages are not the same as arranged marriages. In an arranged marriage families take the lead in selecting a marriage partner but the couple have the free will and choice to accept or decline the arrangement.

Btw our constitution considers right to consensual marriage (nt forced) under right to life. The same is also respected under Universal declaration of Human Rights.

Anurag was innocent and mr bajaj had evidence. If tht was nt using the situation to his gain, i dont know wht else is? Hiding of evidences is a criminal offense. IPC sections 201 and 202 is related to tht if i am nt wrong.

Moreover deals r materialistic. I hold human lives above material goals and thus any deal over an innocent life is preposterous! Lives r nt traded and when does, its a crime!

As a law abiding and responsible citizen of my nation, i see what mr bajaj has committed is nt just morally wrong but a criminal offense. He can he tried in court under various sections and offenses. Not always a crime has to be reported by a victim, some cases r fought suo moto cognizance when any government agency on any kind of tip off takes n action against any wrong doer.

Basus including mohini had warmed upto pre but then thats miniscule coz even if one feels tht a person is terminally ill, u still hv no right to kill them!

Agree to this by infinity.

As one of our forum member mentioned in a post, let EK get Anu & Pre married to nice peoples who will love them unconditionally; not to the sort of peoples like Komo & Bajaj. Just because EK has a crush for negative characters, doesn't mean she can force them onto us and we will accept it blindly.

Accepting her faith with bajaj is also like ek kachre se nikal kar dosre kachre mein girna.. difference itna hai pehle wala kachra loud tha ab ye wala silent hai😎

He blackmailed- True

He wronged her -True

He stole her love- True

All facts true! So? It’s a story about a grey character and how he alters the dynamics of Anurag and Prerna. If criminal offences have to be counted, then a lot of Basu Badi members would have been thrown into Jail for criminal intimidation and false contriving against people.

Does that mean we forgive Bajaj? No, we cannot but the story is about his journey too. His journey from the tormentor to being tormented. From being a practical man to finally realising his guilt.

What could have been possibly the story, then? Beating the hell out of Bajaj? Then, I am afraid we should be beating every third person around in this world.

So, can we accept that ‘Bajaj is no saint!’ He was shrewd, manipulative and he played his game smart driven by motives which he felt were important. ‘Karma’ is a very strong fate. Let’s wait for it to befall on him. It has already started, isn’t it? Restless for a girl whom he wronged and he will never be her soulmate! And, his journey to redemption will begin too.

Can we just for second think of what next could have been the story without introducing Bajaj? Anupre loving each other, distrusting each other and sass bahu saga! What’s new in that?

I am nowhere condoning the circumstances in which the marriage took place! But, life is like that. It throws curveballs at you, and those stories are interesting to watch.

Who is a Saint and who is a sinner? Who will decide? Time and their journey either to the path of destruction or redemption!

You can’t tell people what to think it’s their opinion

Not everyone thinks B P relationship is a positive thing for Prerna

I wanted to open this post as well since long!!! Blackmailer.Atrocious. Hypocrite..they are being biased.

It was a deal. And he actually saved Anurag's life! And in that he also saved his child's life..which is more important. Anupre can reunite anytime later. Do they want her to die? Ofcourse he was selfish but he is a father. He wud do anything to save her. Even if Anurag comes to know it someday he might understand it.

Anurag doesn't know this so it is understandable..but ppl here? They always said things on him assuming without even watching..

Bajaj was blamed of putting fire on Anurag's building..turns out it is Anurag who did it.

Bajaj was also blamed to grab Anurag's home..turns out again that it is Anurag who did it.

Many such incidents happened. They react without observing.

Bajaj was called upon his so called unfair practices of business. So what did Anurag do now Is it right if Anurag does such?

Superbly put! I think, end of this discussion for me at least...nothing more to say 👏
