Blue balls is used by most men as a slang.

Blue balls is testicular pain caused when there is prolonged arousal without release. Most men know how to divert their mind so they don't experience prolonged arousal. Also, blue balls is a rare condition. Most men don't experience it no matter how prolonged their arousal. And no IT DOES NOT CAUSE DEATH OR PHYSICAL HARM OF ANY SORT.
