Another thing I think no junior resident can guide any junior resident in term of surgery because none of junior resident has completed Ms degree

In my opinion a resident can guide to another resident in term of surgery only when former one has completed Ms

I think it is impossible for resident who has not completed Ms guiding another resident who is also studying for Ms

Suppose if sid has not completed Ms then how can he guide Dr ishani in term of surgery. So therefore sid is senior resident not junior resident

Dr.Sid is a 3rd year resident...this is posted on Namit insta...docs who are studying PG will be mentioned as number of years...like Ishani is first year likewise Sid is 3rd year...docs who have completed PG will not be mentioned about their no of years so Sid has not yet completed his residency...

Also transplant surgeries like heart liver kidneys are complex and i dont think docs doing PG will do such complex surgeries on their own...yes they can assist MD docs in such surgeries to gain experience...

Dr sid is third year resident as senior resident not as junior resident

Dr sid has completed Ms and after that he wants to gain more experience that is why he is senior resident and it is his third year

Here senior residents guide junior residents in surgeries they have become experineced. Idk, i had been in govt hospital and there they used to do.. Infact the whole ER used to be maintained by senior residents( not yet Masters of Surgery) and the graduated ones only comes when they were called. Residential surgeon is a post here in ER dept but he's the one having the full degree.

Well i checked with my friend on IF who is a doctor in India before posting here...once a doc completes his/her PG they will not be mentioned about him being so and so year resident...docs who are doing PG will have to complete 3 years of study so they will be mentioned about which year resident they are...also once a doc completed his PG has got specialization degree and will continue to gain experience in his specific field...like Dr Juhi is Neurosurgeon Dr Anjali is Gynaecologist...is it ever mentioned about Dr.Sid being transplant surgeon ?... general surgeries are different from these complex transplant surgeries...

The term vary in different region

Like if a junior resident has not completed half year they r called residence but if there are in final year they are called also senior resident

The junior resident who reach final year of resident that resident is called senior resident

But the way sid did plastic surgery of Natasha on his own that means sid and doing other surgery on his own that means he has completed ms

Junior resident are those who help surgeons and physician and senior resident are those who guide junior resident

Only senior resident can guide junior resident. If doctor is not senior resident he can't guide junior resident

Dr sid guiding Dr ishani in surgery that means he is senior resident

And more over if Dr sid is junior resident??that means Dr rishabh is also junior resident. ??If all are junior resident in hospital then who is senior resident ?

That means hospital is running without senior resident???

Don’t know much but residentship in India is before doing a PG and gaining specialisation in a specific field like Neuro, gynaec, facial, general or even liver, kidney, etc. A third year resident isn’t allowed to perform such surgeries as the head. That’s illegal!

Creatives 20% false situation is understandable but this is completely unacceptable especially when the show’s rating is so poor with the so called TRP audience. Viewers of this show especially aren’t dumb and illiterate.

I know re.. Its like this here in BD. Even if Sid is a senior surgeon it will take a great deal of experience to do a transplant. Sid on the other hand do every surgery!! Liver transplant is a highly specialized branch.. He does transplant, thoracic surgery, plastic surgery all!! Thats strange!
