I super duper agree with you. Bajaj is emphasising on her communicating skills because he want her to became independent & confidence. She has the courage but she needs the push and exposure. Maybe that's why he announced in Swiss that she would be handling that publication work (idk exactly the name)... Word to everything you said. Women are much more than wives and mothers. They need serious identities. If Rishabh can be a business tycoon, why can’t Prerna earn an independent name? I have a problem with writers. Please show women studying.

Completely irrelevant, but there’s another positive show called Kahan Hum Kahan Tum running on SP where they show the lead appearing for her matriculation examination privately because she couldn’t study as she started working in TV shows at the age of 12!!!

Why can’t we have such leads?

I call myself an equalist or egalitarian! If women want equal rights and respect- Earn for yourself, fend for yourself. It’s not a man’s responsibility to carry your burden nor a woman’s responsibility to do unpaid labour. Both earn, both cook, or divide responsibilities. Our fixed gender roles have made it so hard for men and women both. Time to be fluid. Every couple should make their own rules. Instead of teaching women how to be a good wife and take care of the household, we should teach them the power of education, the importance to face every challenge which includes financial too, themselves. And, instead of teaching men how to be just breadwinners, teach them to contribute in all forms of work. Cooking, cleaning etc, these are basic skills both the genders should do it.
