Today was mostly about Madhav and his family, he's a textile tycoon from a Punjabi family.

We have his rakhi sister Nikki who did Saltanat's make over.

We have his mother a typical mother who loves her children, she wants to find a wife for her son but she must be Punjabi

A lazy sister who loves her worthless husband.

A good for nothing brother in law, who doesn't work and openly flirts with other girls in front of his wife and Madhav doesn't like the guy.

I like his bond with Nikki the most, I liked the actress playing his sister, she looks familiar.

I liked the mother in some scenes but not others, I think they need to tone her make up, she was good in serious scene but I found her too loud the scene about finding a wife for Madhav, she remided me of Shivay's mother from IB.

There were some comic moments around the sister and her husband and their scenes have a more natural flow than the Shah family scenes which are slower.

My initial impression is that they're a welcome addition to the show.

Some notes about the episode:

Madhav has no faith in police because they didn't listen to him when he went to them to save his sister. He asked Nikki to come for him for help and not go to the police.

The brother in law will be the main source of trouble while Saltanat stays at Madhav's house.

Madhav told him about that the woman he brought is Kainaat, they know who she is, the mother is sensible she thinks he should let go of the past and not seek revenge, the sister hated her.

They showed Madhav mesmerized by Saltanat, i think it's too soon, they should've waited until she regains consciousness and he interacted to her, I know makers are more into soul connection but all he knows about her is that she killed his sister.

I don't understand the need for make over, she's still recognizable, no need to doll her up before taking her home.

Madhav came home carrying her bridal style with her face covered by her dupatta, his mom thought she's his bride 😆

It's Saltanat but he thinks she's Kainaat, the real Kainaat is in Shah house busy killing off her family.

Some more notes about the episode:

Seems there's a brother too because Madhav asked his mother about someone and she said visiting friend.

Madhav isn't as sensible as I thought, she wants nothing to do with Kainaat because she hasn't forgiven her daughter for being in love with a Muslim man.

For a brief moment Madhav felt that Saltanat isn't what he thinks she is, his heart is sensing her truth.

Madhav is a very caring and protective brother, it's clear from his conversation with Nikki.
