Wasn't he always making trips to Goa and Lisa always was talking to her boyfriend remember. Also if you remember when the family was in the hospital when Naira and Kairav were discovered Lisa said I will go to church to pray for Kairav. Akhilesh heard that Lisa was with Naira and he got nervous.
