Why will be cast Katrina opposite Ranveer in a movie where the heroine is supposed to be a young girl and hero an old man??

It wasn't supposed to be a classic SLB movie, rather he wanted to do something new, a romantic comedy about a old Casanova type man falling in love with a young, struggling actress.

I don’t think he will direct this movie at all or not after a while at least! He will come up with something else. Also, 50+ men are cast as much younger men in movies all the time, and Ranveer/Deepika played much younger characters in Ram Leela, so nothing is impossible casting wise.
