Yes she should but I don't know if she will tell about the rape Bec she cares for her saas respect. Unless after saas dies, she again is accused by umair and then she lashes out at him. I feel they will be a twist soon bec they won't be many episodes left now

umair is typical man jo yahi believe karta hai k in the end wo husband hai and hubby k mistakes matter nahi karte wife k liye... agar hubby 100 mistakes kar k sorry kahe to wife ko sab bhul kar usko maaf karna chahiye.. but wife ko hamesha faithful rahna chahiye.
