Okay, so while reading your comment on my thread, I just remembered that I had forgotten to post my comment on the wonderful update I read three days ago... A grave mistake that needs to be corrected immediately.

Soha.. you don't need me to tell you this, but you're one of the best writers I know. It's incredible that you weave a story so intricately and find just the right words to convey emotions. I love how you write.

Ah.. Bajaj was terrible to Prerna and a part of me wanted her to give it back to him. But she handled it so maturely.. this is the best portrayal of Prerna, hands down.

You introduced a dog in the story..❣️❣️. Did I mention you're perfect? I also loved your Tubby POV..

I loved this update. I love the domesticity and softness that it brings it to Prerna and Kuki's interactions and I love that we're seeing the different shades of Rishabh. It's a treat to know him and read your interpretation of him as a character, just fascinating. I loved it!

He seems to act aloof apparently but put that infidelity clause knowing very well that Prerna won't cross the boundary and he saw through her....

Coming to the story, RB's sudden gush of acerbic vitriol and threats was a major highlight. To be very frank, it disturbed and even scared me a bit. The father's fury was so well expressed.

The next scene between PreRish was well written and I appreciate how the character consistency was maintained. Prerna knows his apologies are unconventional. That was all she could get.

P.S. I'm curious about his night life, its disclosure, and Prerna's reaction to the details she's unknown to.

I know! Isn't TubTub the cutest? I love pets and I wanted to link the story back to the stick figure card that Kuki made for Prerna showing her her idea of a perfect family. Hopefully Kuki will get what she wants.

Even though he was extremely harsh and unfair to her, stamping her as just an employee, I find the way he shared his fear with her aftermath also fascinating. I believe Prerna's the only one in front of whom he had let his anxiety and relentless efforts on Kuki's treatment expressed.

I know, RB was really harsh. But I think that when parents get scared for their children, they're never gentle or quiet in their worry. It's always explosive and visceral. And it would be even more so with RB because he has no one in his life other than Kuki.
