If Naira fights for rights for Kairav she will lose as she will be proven to be an irresponsible mother. Karthik would have a solid court case against her. Her reason for leaving and faking her death would not get any validation in court and weaken her case. Naira has only provided unstability. She has proven time and again that rather than facing and sorting out the issues she runs away.

You know naira never faked her death,..she did not get a body and plant evidence to make it seem like she died, ..she really did meet an accident and get stuck in the dangerous place ,.and she came back the next day or so. Everyone just assumed she was dead without even a body, ..which is illogical..because even if someone gets blown up in a bomb ...they do find some evidence ,..body parts etc,,. And she just got fed up with everything and her husband and walked out,, If there’s a custody case,.she can say so many things to help her ..she can say her husband thought she was having an affair, she was afraid he wouldn’t believe the baby was his ..she can also say she thought his family wouldn’t have believed her..because k dadi could have listened to karthiks nonsense ,..naira can also say she thought all this stress would have affected her health and she was worried that she could have lost the baby due to stress...And she was afraid as she had already lost one baby,.and didn’t want to go through the that pain again...and her husband has remarried and moved on,..lol..so she can fight ...but I don’t think they’ll go this route ,..Naira will always be shown as wrong by the Goenkas and this writer will even make naira lose the case..By the way is this writer a man or lady ? Because I don’t like what he or she is doing to Naira..he’s getting all the characters to lash out at her...even that vedika now ..and even though most of us were so angry with her post leap...things have changed now and we are all pitying her..So I think currently majority of us are with naira now..because her life just looks so sad and pitiful 🙁

These are invalid legal arguments. The fact that she let them believe she was dead and never made an attempt to even contact her own family (Singhania's) would work against her.

The court can still make things in naira's favour if she is the legal wife of karthik still (which without divorce she clearly is), karthik's child's mother and taking kairav's health and happiness into account. You are talking from a real life perspective, but indian serials rarely follow law and reality. The show can easily show the court suggesting that karthik naira should unite as they are still legally married and parents to kairav, and that they should give their relationship another try for the sake of their child, because even in tujhse hai raabta the court decided that the male lead should get back with the vamp as his marriage to the female lead is not legal as he did not get a proper divorce from the vamp and told the male lead that he and the vamp should resolve their issues to keep their child as their first priority and making sure he has his whole family together. The court could easily take all this into account. Plus I doubt they will go in for another divorce drama so I think this time naira may be announced as karhtik's legal wife still eventually.

So irrespective of how situations are right now, if naira realised that kairav needs both his parents and claims legal wife rights over karthik to the court successfully, shows the court that she is willing to reconcile with her husband to give her child a stable family life, the court would not just turn a dead ear to the prospect of two partners reconciling for the sake of their child in favour of wanting to take the child from the mother just because the father and his family are adamant on sole custody of the child. A court would consider this prospect as for the court, it is the child that matters, and a couple deciding to reconcile or agreeing to joint custody makes it easier for the court to deal with making a good decision for the betterment of a child.

Quite frankly Karthik is not husband material. We can see how he has treated Naira and he will hurt Vedika too because no matter how many times he gets married he is not capable of being a good husband due to his overpossessive and angry young man nature.

I am not saying Naira is a saint but I wouldn't want any woman to suffer with this man. They are better off living separately and having their own lives but both involved in raising Kairav. That would be showing "nayi soch."

Honestly right now I suspect in the coming track karthik and naira will come on equal footing in terms of not thinking in kairav's best interest. Naira would be too consumed with guilt and with the misunderstanding that karthik willingly wanted to move on with vedika that she might not even attempt to try and unite with karthik even for kairav or wouldn't even consider it because of vedika, whilst Karthik would be too consumed with hatred and anger for naira that he might try and take kairav from naira without even thinking that it would hurt kairav. If this prediction comes true, then for me kaira are a failure as parents officially. These two could and can talk out and clear their misunderstandings, apologise for each of their respective mistakes and decide to start afresh keeping their son as a priority always, but instead for dramas sake they'll show karthik's ego and even him disregarding kairav's desire to see his parents together. I mean, don't tell me it would take kairav getting ill again for these two to realise that kairav's happiness is with both his parents? 🤢

@sammy17 What emotions you are describing is what happens when a couple is getting to the point of or going through a divorce. The couple that loved each other so much now brings out the worst in each other which is really a toxic relationship that one needs to get out of. The child sadly will be used as a toy to get back at each other which is unfortunate. Naira will think I will leave town with my child and Karthik will do everything to keep Kairav away from her. That is how they will keep hurting each other because they don't have the maturity to realize they are actually hurting their child. No child should be raised in that environment. The other option is that Kairav be given to someone else to be raised who can better provide stability for him because his own parents can't provide that. All I predict in upcoming episodes is Karthik and Naira attacking and blaming each other.

I have no interest in seeing this so will take a break for a few days. I really believe the height of YRKKH is over and it is best they part ways and go on to new shows as they are not growing as actors anymore in this role rather than this show sink due to poor tracks that bring out the worst in the characters.
