Has content trumped star power in Bollywood?

Today its content-driven movies which are doing well. The audience wants something new. So, we see films like Batla House opening well and inching towards 100 crore. Article 15 becomes a hit. So what do you people think? Is content trumping star power in Bollywood? Or are the two going hand-in-hand?
