In the meantime, HS also changes into his kurta. Babes comes out, hooking her hair behind her ear. Quietly asks him if she should turn off the light, he says yes. She gets in bed and they're both just sitting there, feeling a mixture of giddiness but also nervousness.

HS wants to touch her but is too shy to. Babes wants to be touched but won't initiate the first contact. HS keeps staring at her and even in the darkness he is mesmerized by her. He reaches out to her and holds her hand. Babes' heart quickens, she closes her eyes, thrilled and also relieved. She too softly rubs the back of his hand with her fingers, surprising HS because he wasn't expecting her to do that. Feeling a lot more confident, he caresses her cheek. Babes sighs, leans into the touch, wanting more.

Of course all this is my imagining aur sach mein toh kuch aur hi hoga. 😆
