When you apply effects on text, separate layers create hoti Hain. Jo eye Wala symbol hota hai na usspar click karke pehle woh black mark ko hatao, phir dobara se click karke black mark waapis aa jaayega. Isse effect saare frames par apply ho jaayega 👍🏼

Hmm if you want to apply text all layer so firsr of all text should be on number one then select all layers and apply
