Legally the marriage is invalid because a spouse has to presumed dead or absent for 7+ years in order for the marriage to be void. However, going by Kartik’s dialogues today, doesn’t seem like cvs will take law into consideration.

Vedika would be presented as Kartik’s wife and Naira as the mother to his child.

Karthik's words on what he thinks is a valid or invalid marriage hardly matter as he is talking out of spite. To him perhaps now his marriage to naira is invalid due to naira hiding from him and he marrying vedika, but the law has a very different definition of legal and illegal marriage that doesn't take anger, spite, revenge into account 😆 So don't count on karthik's words, the boy can twist the law for his naira.

I'm sure even writer's won't care about karthik's definition of legal/ valid marriage that he told today either. 😆

He love his kid so much he left to go get married just to hurt his mother.

Katick behaves like kid ,his wife trying to help him out in business he get angry

She saves his family he blames her for having an affair ,Naira left because she did not want her

husband to question her child blood what if he said it was Miri kid he always blames her when he

needs to look in the mirror.

Those lines must have been said to let viewers know that the show isn't going to take into consideration about Kartik and Naira still being married and hence legality of Vedika's marriage shouldn't pop up in our heads...Such things hardly matter in daily soaps 🤔

I don't trust anything writer's show given they always show contradictions such as all the things the family were saying after karthik left and went to hospital made it sound like marriage didn't happen at all, yet now they show marriage has happened. Bakwas. These writers have no brain.
