They have shot the full marriage but had no guts to reveal it even in the flashbacks.

So they didn't show their marriage at all, but just that scene with vedika in hospital wearing mangalsutra and sindoor? Maybe they might show the flashbacks during the week or karthik might have told vedika to pretend that the marriage was complete.

They showed the marriage, hardly for some 30 seconds or so, I guess.

They showed flashback of Suwarna and Kartik returning to the mandap after having that secret talk and they showed one aarti scene of the new couple together how far I remember but no sindoor, mangalsutra and phera scene.

@bold I don't think so cz there was a dialogue from Dadi that Kairaav's father is now not Kairaav's mumma's pati he is someone else's pati & his new dulhan has coming searching for him to the hospital.

Uggh hating this. My only hope now is the marriage being named as illegal and void at some point.

It all depends on what tv audience feel about the track now and whether they would be up to watching, because even with kkb abhigya fans are not happy with the new gen and are protesting online yet the trp's are not falling at all so makers are continuing to give new gen more screen space (which I am happy about considering I hated the show because of abhi, tanu and aliya's characters and I enjoy new gen). So unfortunately we will have to put up with vedika if the ratings do not decline upon this new twist happening.

What's done is done so we can't change the track. Where I live all that is required for divorce is one year of separation and either party can file for it. Karthik could file for divorce on the basis of Naira was assumed dead and missing since 5 years. She knew of his existence but made no effort to contact him or inform him of their child and he could easily get a divorce without Naira's permission. Both parties don't have to agree to the divorce as only filing it by once person after one year of separation is needed. Naira can't stop Karthik from filing it and the rules we have here Naira would not be able to stop it from happening. The divorce would be finalized. Judge could determine Karthik/Vedika's marriage is legal given at that time Naira was assumed dead.

But avneil didn't really live in khanna house after avni was found alive, but simply stayed there for a few days until she found a new place for her orphanage. That didn't actually have anything to do with why they had to get a divorce else if that was the case the 10 years apart would have been enough to make their marriage no longer legally valid and simply avni staying in his house for a few days after long 10 years apart wouldn't be considered much of a factor in their marriage still being considered legal or not for them to have to divorce.

This is honestly the most pathetic track ever. So now I feel the only way they can get back together is if vedika opens her eyes and realise that karthik very much only loves naira. This track has truly messed up kaira and I'll never be able to get over this trash. I though the divorce track was bad, but my gosh this track has emotionally distressed me like no other, but either way ITV is known for twisting the law and presenting non-existent laws, so they can do the same here if they wish.
