Age is catching up on him. He is turning into another Amitabh. He will be seen whining about Twitter followers next.

I dislike him as a person, but I agree with him here. Why are people bashing him? He’s right. Please read articles than just reading the headlines. He isn’t mocking Khans.

“To be honest and without taking names, actors in our industry still don’t understand the fact that they should do two-hero or three-hero subject. They are not doing it. I have tried to find out why they don’t want to do it. Everybody wants to do a solo hero subject. The earlier generation – my generation – did it. They even worked in three-hero subjects,” Akshay said at a promotional event for his new film, “Mission Mangal” on Friday.

I agree ^^. In his and Khan prime times when they were young, they used to do two-hero to three-hero movies. But nowadays we rarely see that. Nowadays actors are more insecure and think they will get audience love and fame more by doing solo hero movies. But that’s not true as many of my fav movies from childhood are the two-hero to three-hero movies. AAA, Karan Arjun, Mohra, Dhakan, and many others. I think doing two-hero and such movies actually make you gain audience more. Such movies are more interesting. But nowadays actors don’t realize that and super insecure.

Today's actors don't do multistarrer films is because of critics and social media. Because if they do a film with their rival star, it'll be much more easy to compare them and find their flaws. And if they got overshadowed by the rival star, it'll be embarrassing for them. Audience in 90s didn't care about such things. Once an opinion becomes popular on social media, it becomes a fact. Even the Khans generation don't come together now, so Akshay too doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Since when did Akshay Kumar become like this? He was never one to take digs and comment on others. That was one of the best things about him - he used to do his work and go home; was least bothered about what others were doing.

I absolutely agree. He was mind your own business kind. He was one of few people who I actually liked off screen. I don't know what happened to him.

people are way too harsh on him here..in real life..i have never witnessed anyone who dislikes akki..they all love him..he is such a fun guy..really enjoyed MM promotions..so chilled out and sorted

also if he was that much of an editing freak..VB would not have as much screen time as him

he is kinda right about solo hero part though..arjun sid etc..all these floppies who cannot even open a movie through their names want solo movies
