Has anyone else noticed that Ishaani is shown with a big smile in all the posters but actual epis mein she has a mopey/depressed or arrogant poofy expression most of the time? 😆
Another example of the disconnect. Show mein her character is mariyal or behaving like a psycho but they are trying to sell her as a “sunshine girl” in the posters 🤷♀️😂
Going by promos and posters yes one would not guess Ishani's behavior in episodes... probably thats what SC meant in her IVs that Ishani is layered character...
I think now lot of more fans are coming out saying Ishani is OTT and annoying....
Selling her sunshine girl probably could be bcoz of SC popularity...
From what ever little clips i found that Ishani has a permanent scowl on her face most of the times..

Ishani is scowling or mopey in many scenes but she randomly gets perky in her bickering scenes with Sid as of today's epi I guess.....still it's like a very stilted depiction of the character and it's not working.....SC sticks out like a sore thumb and all her scenes are looking artificial......I'm just in shock that the SC I found so natural in general is appearing like this now......all the BS about "layered character" can't justify this awfulness.....execution is BAD.....SC isn't even managing to jive with the senior seasoned cast, much to my surprise.....she was so good with all the senior cast in IB.....dunno what's happened.

@bold....Ishani coming as perky with her interactions with Sid but scowling in most of other scenes could be bcoz writers didn't know how to bring the romance angle with the characterization of Ishani, so for that they are making her chirpy with Sid....or that they want the nok-jhok between the leads to be lively and funny....just guessing....
On a different note, I have no knowledge of medicine but from the posts by some real life docs in sanjivini forum even the basic procedures being followed for cases seems to be all wrong....

I have no knowledge of medicine either but have watched enough shows to get when ppl aren’t convincing...Ishani is the most unconvincing of the lot as a Doctor....and the cases themselves are blahh cuz they lack build up.
The cases in the original show used to have cameos by talented actors and they had storylines built over multiple epis. But this show is a hodgepodge of random cases thrown in.
Perky Ishani is a fail in execution, no matter what the reason. The otherwise naturally charming SC is coming across as shockingly artificial in this role 😕....she was effortlessly effervescent both as Anika and in her personality in real life but she seems utterly unable to portray charm with this character🤷♀️
ROFL girl without parents we've already seen, SC ji.....her name was ANIKA....remember? 😆.....Hell, even her previous character Haya was also an orphan only, I guess....no? LOL so what is she talking about like this is the first time someone is imagining the struggles of an orphaned girl.....dude, that's standard desi TV trope.
SC ko amnesia ho gaya lagta hai.....and girl without parents ke struggles don't need to look so asinine like they do with this Ishani.

Haya parents too murdered along with Zoya Asad when she was a little kid but her Nani brought her up along with Sanam(daughter of Asad and Zoya) and Haya and Sanan struggled a lot....
