Episode 13.08.19.........It takes a village!

V aur Bela Mars ka return ticket kata kar aaye the, toh function hall se hi Rafa dafa ho gaye. Preena ke babies together and comparison to Preena as babies. Phir ek black and white pic of supposed babies Preena bhi.

At night Samaina sleeping and baby wakes up, Samaina ko baby ke khilono se khelne ka mann hua. Ek baar nahi sooja ki baby ko godh mein Utha lein. Nanaji bagal waale Kamre mein Uth gaye aur apne Nanu hone ka farz Ada kiya aur baby chup. Phir nani Teri morni waali Lori by Rakesh, nahi nahi Rakesh, iski naani aur daadi ko kaale chor nahi, nachte nachte, Mars ke aliens le gaye.

Phir sab ki neend ud gayi to Sam ne Socha lage hath guitar practise kar leta hoon aur baby ko sulata hoon. Sam singing, tu mera dil, but I love you daddy, we love you too daddy🤗Liked Ashi singing baby’s lines. Happy sweet family doting over the new addition.❤️

Further demonstrating, how to raise a baby in one epi, Naina cooking and managing the baby next morning, while RaSa pura astabal bech kar so rahe hain. Preeti comes and wakes them up and RaSa ka weekly morning and night duty bandh diya. Btw, isme Naina ki duty kahaan hai.😆

Ab Vaccination day aaya and SS more upset than Suman. Sam tries to quiten the baby and says, mat ro, humare paas gang leader hai, us se khoob pitwaayenge doctor ko. These were exactly my lines to my son when he was a tiny baby during his vaccinations except I had no gang leader 😆 Suman is daddy’s girl and sleeps as per daddy’s day and night duty.🤗

Naina comments mujhe to bhonk bhonk kar pala aur dekho Suman ko kitne pyaar se paal rahe hain. Then Preeti says haan, isi liye kabhi PTA mein bhi nahi le jaa sake. Ab yeh kasar SS, Suman ke baari mein pura karenge. Saare PTA attend karenge, Samaina ko Jaane ki zaroorat nahi.

Phir Preena ka diaper V/s cloth nappy par discussion to RaSaNa ka baby ke milk temperature par discussion and SS suggests thermometer le aate hain. Phir un dinon ke non Internet parenting par discussion toh banta hi hai. Itne mein Suman’s milk time, toh RaSa dono milkar doodh banayenge. Is ki weekly duty nahi baandhi Preeti ne. ( waise as irritating as it was, realistic toh tha, new parents ke discussions kaafi had tak, diapers, milk, baby food par hi hote hain😆)

Shaitan ka naam lo aur Shaitan haazir, Taan Aadi aa gaye original shaitan, urf, Vanita ko lekar baby ko dekhne . TanAadi fighting over chacha-chachi, mausa-masi. Phir gang leader ne kaha tame kam hai toh mausa mausi, chacha chachi, tau taayi joh marzi ban jao, toh humne kaha “invisible ban jao.”😆

Phir Naina clicks their pic with the baby. Waise Abhi tak RaSaNa ke saath baby ka photoshoot nahi hua phir Naina teasing TanAadi about their impending pregnancy. Thank goodness for small mercies, tame nahi hai, nahi to TanAadi ke nau mahine bhi dekhne padte

Phir papa diapers, champi ka samaan aur bahut kuch laaye. Waise champi ki zaroorat baby ko nahi hum sabko hai. Phir branded oil or sarson ke tel par vaad vivaad. Strangely Naina VO ne yeh na kaha, thank god yeh un dinon ke tel the, aaj ke hote toh, cold press, hot press, flaxseed oil, aur na jaane kya kya se contend karna Padta. Naina baby ke bolte hi sab sikha degi aur zyada jig jig ki toh chappal, jhaadu se maregi. Sam shocked and said it’s a crime toh Naina ne apne mann ki kahi ki chalo thik hai, isi bahane Tayiji ko phaansi laga do. Phir khud ka example diya, ki jaise sona aag mein tap kar khara bannta hai, waise hi mein pit pit kar Devi bani. Tumhaari tarah nahi, Nanu ke laad pyaar se sacrificial lamb bane.

Bahut kharidari par laal lakhani chappal free mila. Yeh free ke chappal shopkeeper ko hi Shobha deta Sam, you’ve got a rep to protect!

Finally lagta hai Naina ka maternity leave khatam aur Naina Phir se type writer par, computer par progress ka na hi tame hai aur na hi budget. Meanwhile baby Suman hurt herself and howling. Daddy daud kar aaye aur N said ke sar par lag gayi bed ke side se. Tum ne kab dekha N, tumhara sar toh doosri taraf tha. Khair, jahan Bhagwan nahi, wahan maa, something like that. Sam ka OTT shocked expression.

Precap : Samaina ab tak khoob saare serials aur free mein mile laal lakhaani chappal bech chuke hain, jis se unhone ek baar phir Krishna Kaustabi khareed liya. Ab holi, Diwali sab yahin but afsos hume na dikhega😒

Waahh uma itne tp episode ka itna detailed update😲 the epi was a snoozefest with some cute moments scattered. Thank god Vish and Bela are back to mars warna pata nai kya jhelna padta. It does take a village to raise a baby.😆

rakesh and baby scenes were cute. Randeep looked absolutely out of place and character portraying father. His body language and expression is meh in baby scenes. ashi still did a decent job. Not blaming them as it doesn't come naturally to them. But acting too wasn't convincing.😆 In the scene where Rakesh is explaining his failure as nainas father, look at Sameer. He looked total uninterested with some weird expression.😆 totally lol. Maybe he din't know what to do or react. I am happy atleast rakesh's failure as nainas father was addressed . Btw Preeti k baby ka naam nahi bataya?

Tanaadi Vinita scene wasted. Dunno this epi seemed like a khichdi of sorts with too many things happening. Some productive scenes could be done rather than oil, soap, diaper, etc. Chalo i complained enough

Episode was super TP.

Can’t believe last week of the show and we are getting this kind of episodes.

Anyways at least Rakesh realised that he was never there for Naina and he did nothing for her. That was only worth watching.

No more comment about the episode and parenting lessons.

Like I said in LU I don’t agree with VO.

Internet or no internet for every new parents it’s learning experience.

Everyday you learn something new about parenting and honestly it’s not easy.

I agree with BSS here RD looked clueless and not interested what’s going on.

I watched his interview yesterday he said I am not able to get this emotions of father because he is not getting that feel.

Anyways I don’t want to rant because just want to enjoy remaining days with you guys.

Precap finally they are in their first home. This baby girl is also very cute.

More than a village – think the epi was all about it takes Rakesh to raise his granddaughter.. What with his tips and helping out Samaina..

Not much to write about the epi – the only thing I can say is that writers did not take a leap – at least dedicated one epi on the baby growing up and Samaina’s learning..

About RD and Ashi looking a bit out of place as characters playing new parents – have a theory – it is the same actors who were fab in their portrayal during Naina’s labor pain and the emotions that they showed when they became parents (am sure this was shot with a doll).. guess the brief in yesterday’s epi was – look a bit flustered/confused/lost not knowing what to do or how to handle the baby.. there was that VO that said everything was new for them and they were learning..

The scene where Rakesh confesses that he was never therefor Naina, but will compensate for his granddaughter – loved that scene!!beautiful one..👏

Yesterdays episode was better than the Monday one...the scenes with baby crying in the night..later RaSa catching up on their sleep was cute❤️also liked that they brought up some discussion on Rakeshs change of avatar...itna version upgrades ho gaya toh kuchh toh self realisation jaroori hai😆

agree with you ..after babies theres lot of convos on oil nappies and whatnot ...😆but didnt agree with nainas viewpoint at all that bacchon ko lath thappad se seekh milti hai..what nonsense...in fact since she had to go through so much she shud be of the opinion that i will not touch my baby also to hit her

Remember we used to say that Parlay will become wife beater after growing up...but looks like Naina is also of the same T&T wala old school of thought still ..inspite of going through so much

Entertaining update Uma and better than the epi, even though it happens par yeh sab dekhna is soooo 😵.

I liked R ka Suman se attachment and guitar scene after a long time. Some repentance wale dialogues courtesy Preeti darling warna toh R ne topic close kar diya tha asal se zyada interest pyara hota hai bolke. 😆...CVs ko laga hoga ki V ka yeh sab already ho gaya Delhi track ending mein isliye repeat na kiya. Well like you I am also not judging. 😆

Shibani ko waqai Mars pe bhej diya ek wahi reh gayi Mumbai track wali jise pehle TanAdi se phi zyada SS diya tha aur ab TanAdi ka maasi chacha chal raha hai, waise Shibani Suman ki phoophi hui na? 😆

2 years ka leap lag raha hai precap mein aur Sam ke khareedne se achcha hota mama gift karte yeh bangla. 3 more epis to go! Uss mein se ek KKHH pe bache do. 😆

In the episode as well as in general it is true as the saying goes ‘it takes a village to raise a child’. As new parents no matter how many classes you attend when you actually have the baby in your hand the experiences of others especially elders helps in handling the baby.

Kind of a boring episode revolving around raising Suman/pampering Suman etc Episode could have revolved more around the two and Rakesh and their handling the baby.

Just like Mrugali Sameer also took Naina’s words about chaata and daantna of baby literally. Some amount of scolding is required when you have to discipline the child. Hitting/slapping is a personal choice which often comes out of impatience and stress of not being able to get through to your child.

Rakesh realizing that he was never there for Naina as a child was well done and the only good part in the episode.

Haan, didn’t realise, last week ke bhaawanon mein bech gayi😆. Sach mein kya tha. I think they will be back in Ahmedabad today, so maybe gang, cc, TT scenes will be there. The saying is true, it does take a village, jitne log, utne log busy baby mein😆The feel good I got after watching the epi was thank god I am not in that zone anymore, been there done that waali feeling achhi lagi 😆

Even I noticed, RD was giving such wierd expressions and I think he is scared of holding the tiny baby isliye he always just keeps asking for a chance to hold the baby but isn’t holding. Aaj ke precap mein, the baby is a bit bigger, so he is holding I think. Frankly I am still scared of holding a tiny baby.😆 Thanks to preeti atleast some realistic acknowledgement from Rakesh
