Because as far as I know, UN has rejected Pakistan's plea to intervene in Kashmir issue.

Saudi Arabia,China has also rejected Pakistan's plea for the same.

Last time I checked, I didn't see any news stating Donald Trump has issued any statement opposing the article 370 ban or something like that.

So who or which country exactly are referring to that are opposing India's decision regarding article 370,other than Pakistan, of course
