Depends on person to person.

Bisexual just means they are sexually attracted to both genders and can do the deed.

It doesn't mean romantic involvement, a lot of bi are hetromantic , meaning romance,love and relationship is confined to only opposite gender just that they can do it with Same sex too.

A lot of bi do have preference for one of romance though they can do fall in love with right person irrespective of gender.

So basically depend on that individual only.
