I think RB already has Basu Bari’s papers courtesy of Komolika and he also had bought into a lot of other companies of Basu Industries that A is not aware of as he mentioned that to P when she came to save A and met RB the first time. He only stopped the takeover announcement because P made a deal with him.

yess he has those papers and shares which he took over and just announcement was left ...but i was wondering if he might have transferred everything into Prerna's name after shaadi and if he did it would be poetic justice for Prerna for all the insults and humiliation and the hurls she faced from Basus
