Its getting bad now. Just read that HS is convicted in Imarti's Murder case filled by her Father.

Where is this all coming from. Why have they gone with this route and should just have gone with him loving her and left it with her dying in Childbirth.

They have changed it to this to increase the ratings is bad. They have truly butchered not only his Character and also his past love story to Murder is not good at all.

Now either they will show Mini fighting to prove his innocence or go the normal way off Babita falling in love with another Men, and remarriage etc. The typical way.

Not getting good vibes about this.

We should trust the CVs on this.

It's bad yeah, in the sense it'll be tough for them. But I don't think it'll take the Bollywood/Ekta path here. They'll stay true to their essence.

HS being framed in this case is a sheer misunderstanding for sure.

It's just to intensify and maybe bring out Babita and Mini as his shield and seal the relationship forever.

Imarti will always remain as his first love and the fondest memories of his life :)

All we need to do is wait and watch

So why would her father wait 7-8 to file a case against him?

It seems to be a brain dead idea to prolong the love story bit of it. This does not make sense to me. Even if he was framed why now after all this time?

HS was probably declared innocent under lack of evidence in the Lower Court of Patiala. To seek justice, Imarti's father had taken the case to High Court back then. And now finally, the hearing date has arrived. Well in the current judicial system, I'm not surprised that the tareek came after 7-8 years

Isn’t it the state who charges a person for murder not a person? How would her father have the right to take a case to high court to “seek justice”

An appeal with the high court taking 7-8 years 😳 that’s nearly a murder sentence lol.

I’m sorry but it seems to me that it’s going down the path of the usual drama and starting to become unbelievable where it was previously representing real life.

Also if an appeal was put to the high court Hs won’t still be able to be a policeman considering there’s currently an appeal for a case of murder against him. It would at best be suspended or at worse be fired.

I am not surprised by the fact that it took 7-8 years just for this. There are over 1,00,000+ pending cases in the high court. Cases are either closed, if there is no sufficient evidence like Mishti Dahi said,(sorry, I dont know your real name...) or if the final verdict cannot be heard due to different reasons...

This is the judicial system of our country, that is never rectified. There are so many people who have not got the justice that they need, just because of our judiciary! God knows when will there be a change in our judiciary system!!!

Gosh that’s insane man

Still doesn’t explain how fair enough thru this time due to the backlog the case is awaiting be heard however do u mean to say that during this time the person charged with murder (or any other crime) just gets to be free and live their life till the courts finally get to his case? In this case Hs is clearly not a killer but what about if he were? Would he then be free to roam the streets potentially commuting the crime again and again

Yes very very much. Let me give you an example, the Delhi Gang rape case of 2012, was one of the most horrific and horrendous incidents that had ever happened in the history of India. And for nearly 5 years that case had been going on in the court. It was only in 2017(if I am not wrong), when the criminals were given death sentence. Until then, the main criminal's mother had given an interview saying her son can never do such a thing, he is the best son, and the most decent fellow! This is how some people and the judicial system is, in our country!!!

I did hear about that rape case it was horrific! (Mothers need to start bringing up better sons in my opinion instead of giving them free reign and the power over women because they’re men- also the law needs to protect women a bit more).

Where were these men whilst the case was waiting to be heard? I presumed they’d have been in jail awaiting a hearing date and not living as free men?

That depends on the case as well. If someone was just suspected but not convicted as yet, they may or may not spend their days in jail. And of course, at times they were given bail and they were out of the jail, but again they would end up doing something horrible and again land in jail. This would keep happening until, the court permanently convicts them. Our judicial system is insane. What about the place you live?
