@TM, first can you please explain to me why exactly did Prerna, Mr. Bajaj and the security guards believed Anurag when he said the business and mansion belongs to him? He came without any proof so I don't understand why did any of these people believed him in the first place

The acquiring firm can use unfavorable tactics such as a dawn raid, where it buys a substantial stake in the target company as soon as the markets open, causing the target to lose control before it realizes what is happening.

but yeh Mr.Basu ka investors ke saath meeting kab hua, , market se shares kab uthali .. shares uthaane ke liye someone shd pump those into the market and for that some bad news/rumor should be spread about Bajaj group to trigger the selling of shares (like he did with the union strike and created got shares pumped into market and then he bought those and claimed a stake )
and all this when Bajaj is still at breakfast table nihaaring his biwi and beti ...
