As a local i can give u the ongoing rumours.

1. India going to get whole kashmir. Also india ending whole kashmir dispute

3. The strongest rumour is Division into 3 parts as jammu being a state, kashmir and ladakh being ut. Division means automatically removal of articles 370 amd 35a. Also ending blackmail of kashmiris. We r hoping for this bcoz that means development with more private firms coming here increasing employment of youth.

4. Demilitation as jammu region has more area but kashmir has more seats. So increasing seats in jammu to end kashmir regional parties dominance and their blackmail.

5. Yasin malik being tortured to slow death as well.

6. Separatist who cause hate speeches will be taken care of

But in the end, it can end up with nothing. Lets see!
