Right now I don't think anyone is negative character but later they can change her after watching Azaan's closeness with Noor & his developing feelings of love for her.

Shayra becoming negative and Noor being positive makes no sense...because from what we see so far Noor doesnt love azaan and shes self centred and only wants power

After the promise she made to Yasmin about looking out for Noor keeping her always happy . Looks like Shayra will be the one to always suffer . Looks more like she will be the one that will lookout for everyone holding them together even if it costs her own happiness for the sake of others and that last promise took. while facing a lot of miss understanding
