has Malhar divorced sampada

i just have this question in my mind for some time has malhar and sampada divorced each other because it will really be foolish that Malhar(being a police officer and his uncle a lawyer) calls Kalyani his wife even if he is still married to sampada legaly

Ofcource she left him for other man but they will be still married right

over that kalyani and malhar need a proper marriage cermony both the other ones are rushed and it seems either of the other is not ready

If u remember ..judge has said that they can give malhar and sample marriage a chance ..but in few episodes before proved that sample is not ready and malhar married kalyani second time with his own will ...so kalma marriage is legal now .....

So please don't at all take the name of sample and malhar marriage from onwards

And ya we kalma fan had a belief ...we will get third kalma marriage with proper arrangements

i am not being bitchy sampada can still give trouble to Malhar and Kalyani because divorce is not proper i am just concerned. You know sampada must have loved Malhar once to have a baby with him. And seeing the closeness that Kalyani and Malhar share along with Moksh can evoke those feelings for Sampada and she would feel like i am still Malhars wife and have a right on him

Yes Sampada had divorced him .Not once but twice .

After Kalma getting married again , Malhar and sampada had got divorce .the judge said Sampada that she can file for divorce .And he also had given joint custody of Moksha to kalma , ascertaining then as husband and wife .
