I would love to watch season2 as long as it’s a new Samaina story and SSP is not the PH

I don't think ,there more left in S1 as Randeep and Ashi definitely won't be agree to play parents

So better they wrap up S1 in proper way and then if wants to come S2 then with refreshed story .

I would go with option 1. Though i would prefer that season 1 would get extension end on high note with proper closure and then no need of season 2. But if there will be a season 2 then i would go with option 1 same story continued with same leads which has a crisp and proper ending.
