if your company give you a good hike and give you a chance to learn new skills then no harm to continue in the same company ...

I am from finance and HR profile but in my company, we have some good developers also those are with us from last 8-9 years but now we have changed their role and they became analysist and kuch fresher ki army banane main lage hai ....😉

baccho ka bhi bhala aur company ka bhi bhala ....baccho ko exposure and company ko saste main accha maal 😆

Nah. That HR reason didn't stop many of my colleagues to land up a new job within like 6-8 months. It all depends on one's skills. You know what's the funny part? The same HR group offers the potential employees to abscond from an organisation and promise that they will cover the experience in their appointment letter. So in this way...there's no gap in an employee's resume.

That is the problem with staying in one company for a long time. The management starts thinking that the said resource is not up to date with the technology...hence they are asked to change their shift their preference. This is just beneficial to the company.

the initial phase of career its good but in the long term and for good important post this is bad...

One of my friends joined us a fresher QA and after learning from our company he switched 3-4 company in 3 years and even worked in china for a client site but nowadays he is struggling for the good post, he is in TCS...

not always a long time in the same company is bad lots of depending on your company culture and other things... as i already stated in my previous post if your company provide you learn new skills and take care of your salary then one company is good ..... its also depend on job profile...my profile person those are handling finance HR bole to handling everything is happy in one company ...acchi salary , good post , pura hold aur kya chhaiye 😉
