As much as I hate how a white woman took on an Indian surname to take advantage of the system and fool Indians, a creep supreme like KRK 'exposing' her doesn't sit down well with me.

If her surname didn't make any difference then why change it. Lmfao. That's the entire point. People can love her or hate her or like me don't think much of her anyway but it still doesn't negate the fact that she is a white woman who made up stories about her identity for PR and to fit in better with desi/brown 'sensibilities'. Talk about being problematic.

Also if one is a public figure changing their name for a particular agenda and pulling out stories out of their ass because of the said agenda then when exposed one do owe the public an explanation. Did you change her surname?

She had an English surname, which was not easy to pronounce. She is not Katrina Kaif originally. She is Katrina Turquotte. We wanted to give her a surname which would be accepted by the Indian audience. First we thought of naming her Katrina Kazi, but then we thought Kazi would have a religious overtone. So we thought of Kaif.

Kat isn't the first nor she will be the last one. Nor besides gossip mongers, anyone cares about her past. She has been accepted in india and that is what matters.... I don’t know how much of these rumors are or aren’t true but if the Children of God and “flirty fishing” stuff is true that makes it even more likely Katrina’s biological father was someone other than Ronald Turcotte. To me although she resembles her sisters a lot, Katrina’s skin looks very different, than say Christine, and I still could believe her biological father was not a “white” man.

Regardless, nothing about her parents is her fault and even if she did the things she’s rumored to have done before she came to BW, I would still sympathize. She didn’t hurt anyone else. Not sure why anyone cares if the only thing she’s really guilty of is trying to improve herself, her life, and her family’s lives while maintaining her privacy and public dignity.

Katrina resembles Ronald more than her Mom. So, i feel he is her Biological father only.

Anyway, I feel given her past, she has conducted herself way more decently than so many other actresses. I dont remember Katrina going after Married men for a start or playing victim card all the time.

Ronald is not Katrina's father, he was a father figure to her while she was growing up and her mom's longest partnet.

Katrina's father is actually someone from Bollywood from the olden days who had an affair with her mom. The whole thing is being kept under wraps for a reason. The cult thing is a distraction from the truth.
