Have you noticed any correlation with alcohol or like when you've been through some kind of stress situation like a fight or a quarrel or something?
Ok I checked back your original post. ..you hear knocks on the outer door and feel a heaviness and a fan/AC something, right? Any more details? Do you sometimes feel a menacing presence n the room?

actually i dont drink .. sometimes with frnds once or twice a month. And i have no one to fight at home. We eat talk and sleep, minding our own business. So no stress at all.
Yes i heard knocks and the presence ... Once i heard a very scary laugh but i brushed aside. Some times i feel i saw someone moving from corner of my eyes. Once my fan automatically switched on. That scared me bcoz i was sleeping but i knew i never got up to switch it on and my room was locked from inside.
But i have big heart. Thats y it never hurts me bcoz i stand my ground

Ok I think this may be a case of sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis can be triggered by incorrect transitions to REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. Its just a sign that your body is not moving smoothly through the different stages of sleep. So nothing to worry about.
There are 4 stages of sleep: Non-REM that has 3 stages and REM sleep. One keeps on waking throughout the night intermittently without even realising when transitioning from one sleep stage to the next or even when one shifts the sleeping position. Waking is the period when the body's muscles are active and when the brain wave activity is at the highest level.
Non REM sleep is when the body physiology is restored....cell division and cell repair occurs during this stage.
REM sleep restores the body mentally. It has a huge role in learning and memory. Also this is the stage when the body's store of neurotransmitters is replenished including but not limited to feel good chemicals like serotonin and dopamine that boost your mood during the day.
During the most dream filled phase of sleep, our muscles become paralysed to prevent us from acting out whatever's happening in our dreams. During REM sleep, our brains are very active and that's when w have the most intense dreams, But the voluntary muscles of our body-arms, legs, fingers etc become paralysed. This paralysis is what keep us safe from acting out whatever fantastical scenarios we may be witnessing in our dreams.
And this is when sleep paralysis also typically occurs...when the person wakes up while the muscles are still frozen and therefore making the subject unable to move. Anxiety, depression, shift work , medications side effects and alcohol use may increase the incidence of sleep paralysis. And people also sometimes may see, hear, smell, or even feel things that are not there.
Deep breathing would help at such a time but usually the subject is unable to do so as the muscles in the airways of the upper respiratory tract are also paralysed and that's one reason why some people who experience sleep paralysis will feel someone is sitting on their chest trying to choke them.
Do surya namaskar gazing at the early morning sun or just do sun gazing in the early morning...That will help. Or you can also do bhramari pranayama and make sure you end the OM with a drawn out "mmmmm" to boost nitric oxide, the miracle chemical for the human body.
