Yes, absolutely. I said that in my original post too. That it was a one off. Wasnt like she planned or something. It was an impulsive reaction on seeing her lover injured. That's why I said We can cut some slack this time, but writers need to be careful.

Some people were questioning what's wrong if she hugs him since she has no physical relationship with her husband, that's why I gave the explanation. That once you marry someone, irrespective of whether you are sleeping with him/or not, you can't sleep, touch, hug, or kiss your ex.

I think that's why audience didn't mind when Anurag used to sometimes come near or hold Pre during Komo track. That's why nobody questioned his loyalty. At that time nobody (audience) accepted Komolika as his wife.

Here the reason , Pre cupping Anu's face and hugging feels odd is because she is Bajaj's wife. I know it's a deal marriage, but nevertheless it's a legal marriage which holds valid in court. Nobody here expects her to love Bajaj. If she hates him, then rightly so. He took advantage of the situation and married her . If she chooses to live her entire life with Anurag's memories even then ppl will support her.

. People are questioning Pre's loyalty because she is Married to B and being lovey dovey. OK, I know it's an impulsive action at that time. It's not like she planned to cup Anurag's face or hug him. She saw him in that state and couldn't control her tears. I am ready to cut her some slack but she needs to be careful.Problem here is they are glorifying something wrong. Slapping each other or crying on your ex's chest after marrying someone else doesn't reflect well. Audience don't like Glorification of EMA. Marriage is sacred. Be with Anurag if you want but please divorce or leave Bajaj before touching Anurag. I hope writers are careful while writing Pre's scenes because she is the one who gets bashed/criticized from both the fandoms.

.. just like when ppl are emotional they go overboard and hurt their loved ones with harsh words only to regret later .. it was same thing here .. When you are emotionally connected to someone, you forget everything , specially in situations when the person is in danger like in here .. I think they tried to show that when emotions are high you forget reality and Prerna was reacting how any emotional person would given the same situation ..and just before that Bajaj says he knows she is emotionally connected to Anurag ... so now with the fire incident they just played it out ...

even in the fire room .. Prerna was ready to go get him off the floor .. but he held her hand .., seeing Anurag in that situation she even forgot about how dangerous the smoke can be for the unborn .. also while cupping his face.. seeing her hyper in pregnancy he told her to calm down.. but she is in emotional range toh retorted ..

though the cupping of face looks wrong.. i still give it to the emotions and the situation ...that too when he fainted like that .. considering it a fictional show !
