I haven't much of his 90's era but post Black, each actress in his movie had gripping roles.

SRK tbh. A lot of heroines got popular from debuting in his movies such as DP, Anushka, Priety etc and got memorable roles in his movies.

I don't think post black, any of his movies were "his" movies.

Shahrukh Khan....He gave Deepu and Anu the best debuts that any actress can even dream of....especially Deepu...gets paired opposite the biggest Khan at that time...gets a double role...one period role...one of a modern girl...has her character name in the title of the movie...gets the most memorable songs of her entire career ...I mean she gets whatever any actress can ever dream of....and not to forget that she looked like a dream and has never looked that pretty in any other movie..
Same goes for Anushka...she was all over the movie...
I mean no one is as secure as SRK when it comes to actresses...he lets them outshine him...even the newbies....there is a reason why he is the favorite co-star of most of the actresses..
@bold Undoubtedly.
Also, HNY is ridiculed but Deepika had a very strong role in it.
What can he do for actresses ? He cant even land a film himself 😆
What is criteria for TM's question ? All films throughout Bollywood history or just these days ?? Or just last few years ??? Sounds arbitrary 😆
Ranbir's movies tend to have good female parts in it.
Hmm let's see his last few films:
Sanju = NO
Jagga Jasoos - NO
Ae Dil Hai Mushkil = YES
Tamasha = YES
Bombay Velvet = NO
Roy = NO
Besharam = NO
Ofcourse one and only SRK.

Anukshka got popularity after BBB all thanks to her chemistry with Ranveer not RBJ
Depends on genres and movie projection.
An if story is about a hero vs villain story, ushme agar female k role ko gusedo toh wog bakwaas nikalti hai, aka Kesari. Meri maano toh, male oriented movies, unless they are romantic or about partners, heroine na hi ho toh accha hai. Aur agar ho toh unka kuch plot mai yogdaan ho. Warna heroines jo sirf naam k liye rakhke kiya faida, although obviously the thousands of deewanas go to theatre for beautiful heroine, but IMO, goli maaro yaar, romantic angle ko in an action/thriller/any other non-romantic movies. And if heroine is required just because the hero has love interest/wife, than cast some new comer or not so popular actresses.
Why does lead actor Ranveer look more like a side actor in Dhurandhar? So I was under the impression that Ranveer was playing the main lead in...
