From what I can tell, they are just dragging out the drama now with this Athrava trying to escape thing.

The CVS have put way too much time and effort into this Moksh's kidnapping track and whatnot for it to end with Moksh's legal custody going back to Sampada. That doesn't move the story forward. I think KalMa will get Moksh's legal custody, but this won't be the last time the custody track is visited. I didn't get that sense of finality as I did with KalMa's remarriage. I think they will use this track again when Sampada tries to make her way back into Malhar's life through Moksh.

There is a lot to be seen next week, but I am sure that Mudga has not given her official statement to the police. Athrava won't go to jail that quickly or easily.

It is also pretty unclear whether they got Mudga's official statement or not. I am pretty sure they have not. I think it might play out something like this. Athrava will try to escape, Malhar will catch him and in the process maybe get injured. Both SamThu will be jailed. But Athrava will once again find a way to escape from this whole Mudga thing.

But this time I feel that mallu is more careful than last time about pillu ... But I m sure that mallu will get injured... But what bothers me is if mallu dint take any statement from mugdha and he arrested athu then there will be no use as athu will get out of jail pakka

i really want them make it clear

1) sadma divorce legal honnah chahiyeh

2) pillus legal custody should be handed over to kalma

he is fine kallu wala story dekha hai kya aap woh kalma with pillu night scene hai

so relax , athu will not get caught that easily its another track

THR timeline is a bit confusing. But as per the show's timeline, a two or three days ago, Malhar got Mudga, and when he did, remember he said he also got an arrest warrant for Athrava, so he doesn't escape before Mudga gives her official statement. So I don't think Malhar has gotten that statement yet because she is still in the hospital.
