My Guess ...Pooja dragged Pay Rise issue may be to see how far kabir and his chamchas ( i mean employees ) can go and monday she will declare pay rise ho gaya hai allready may be ( btw i have not seen the episode yet ) ...dragging is happening bcs Shrenu is away and they have to manage next week ....
