Could someone clarify what is objectionable?

IMO. People can say whatever the hell they want on their personal social accounts. It can be racist, misogynistic, homophobic, xenophobic, whatever. They can shit on any person or organization they want.It is immoral. But it is never illegal. It is their freedom of speech.

When is it illegal?

- If opinions are presented as truth or facts

- If a genuinely serious and specific threat of violence is made with the intent to follow through.

- If a serious call to incite violence against any person or group or encouragement of public/mom vigilantism is made

I have not seen or heard the clips, so I don't know if this AJaz Khan fellow has actually committed a crime or touched peoples oh so tender sensibilities

In that vein, Payal Rohtagi spews a lot of dumb shit on social media. But it is her right to do so. She shouldn't be arrested either.
