I think ram k fan will kill me, But in the first pic he literally looks like a lady who is 8 or 9 months pregnant.

That's why in BALH he said..K WE R PREGNANT😉

And in the second pic he looks as if he has suffered from a major health set back and now on the way of recovering..

So thin he has become. Hope he maintain himself like this in the future.

Otherwise as he always say..K punjabi aadmi hu...extra Ghee , dahi , achaar toh main khaunga hi.
