Okay but what's the logic behind him becoming possessive about rituals of all things? What are these rituals going to do? Also him becoming possessive about his marriage at this juncture in point doesn't even make sense. The fact that they've rushed all of this without even fleshing him out and giving his motivations more room, just makes all of it even more of a hoopla. Again my question why should he take this marriage seriously? Also even if he is, rituals don't really make or break the point. @kalank: He likes Prerna so he'll force her through a series of rituals she's least bothered about while she's traumatized? Doesn't really sit well with his character. He's more perceptive than that. Also, why would he like her just yet? I HOPE TO GOD CVs take time to show him actually liking her. And also properly reveal his character's layers and motivations.
