Maybe he wanted to launch his own career in BW with this movie. Waise the way ppl were praising this guy and Arjun Reddy over here on IF I thought it was a really good movie. Ab dekha toh bechare Shahid ko chappal padh rahe hai.

True ... Why would Vijay watch the movie when it is a scene to scene copy of the original. If Shahid being the experienced actor had a different interpretation of the character may be.. But the remake turned out to be exactly the same. I had actually hoped Shahid being a bigger star in BW than the director would have the clout to at least put some of his ideas or imposed something in the role/movie. But that is not to be.

Nobody is giving chappal to Shahid for how he performed in the movie, rather he is getting flooded with praises everywhere coz of his acting. It's Sandeep Vanga who is getting chappals for his controversial statement. Sandeep made a movie on a flawed character that's fine, but that doesn't mean that he would support those activities by claming this as a standard of true love, that's pukeworthy.

I hated Arjun reddy but I loved kabir Singh 😆

Lol Kabir Singh is copy paste of Arjun Reddy.....not even a single scene or even dialogue is different...so yeah he could better watch his own movie again 😆
