It will have to be proved. Court will take into account Prerna being in the house & her testimony. It's all about evidence. Bajaj having a daughter of his own is also something to be considered. They will take into account whether Prerna has been sexually abused by Bajaj after marriage or if they had conjugal relationships after marriage or has she been asked or forced to abort the child by Bajaj.

Court will not give a judgement without taking mother in the picture. Hiding pregnancy will not backfire on Prerna if she never asks Anurag to take responsibility for the child. But if she does, then she will have to bear the brunt since she cann't expect monetary benefits for the child from the biological father. Pre will now need DNA evidence to prove that she indeed is carrying Anu's child since her claims can be easily dismissed with this marriage.

Anu can go to court but child's existence depends on mother as of now & that will not be forgotten. Mother needs to be proved irresponsible & inacapable of taking care of the child in any way.

I'm not talking about JUST this post 🤣 but all the topics, where so called topic maker interfere and target his fans for just praising bajaj over anupree 😆

RS, definitely Prerna should have consulted Anurag because one person cannot decide in a relationship when to call it off without consulting the other. But didn't Anurag do the same after promising prerna and asking her mom her hand for marraige? He didn't have the balls to even tell her that he is marrying someone else.

So for me both are the same. Both believe in doing useless sacrifices without speaking to the other. Prerna probably an ounce better coz atleast she sacrificed to save her love from life sentence and not for some stupid house.

Secondly, this was Anurag's dream so bajaj never said that.
