I don’t get it. The same Pre who called Anu “mera pati” and flashed her maang ka sindoor at Komo, who told Anu when behind bars that she will never give up his naam ka sindoor and mangalsutra up for she values them a lot was ok with Anu removing it before society wedding.

She wanted society wedding with everyone, family and friends present to validate her wedding. Yet she once again got a Mandir marriage (was it Durga Maa temple?) with RB and employees present. Neither his daughter, nor his family or friends showed up. Does he even have friends? He seems a miserable loner.

Who’s brilliant idea was it that Anu will remove her sindoor and mangalsutra bec he was going to do it publicly in a few days? So sindoor in front of Devi Maa was a game? Itna bakwas. And Pre who gave her baashan on sindoor ka pavitratha just stood there lame without a word?

She pulled the wool over everyone’s eyes by secretly getting hitched to her blackmailer after pretending her way through all the rasams at Basu House. She gave them plenty of reasons to justify their opinions about her not being worthy of being Anu’s bride.

But then she always believed she was not meant to be with Anu and voiced it. If she truly believed that why put everyone including Anu with the pretense that they are meant to be together. She could have spared everyone the heartache of feeling betrayed by her marriage to RB.

Sharmas didn’t deserve this humiliation bec of her choices. Now they will be showered with abuses from Basus thanks to Pre. But she won’t be around to watch that. They have to move on on their own now.

@bold , sindoor can be put like that and a couple is considered married ..but there is no such custom of removing sindoor and marriage being nullified 😆 like..kisneee bola kis gadhe ne bola ke sindoor hata do and marriage cancel ? Half or full..cvs ke dimag mein bhoosa bhara hai. Discussing kzk logically is futile .

It’s fiction but even romance novels have some reality in it. It’s like a group of ppl got together and each of 5hem were supposed to write for one character but forgot to check back story and character traits before penning dialogues. It’s like they write just for that day at the most a week. What comes before and after that there is a disconnect.

She got married felt broken yet took off for Switz for a honeymoon. Did she even check on the other Sharmas to see what they had to face bec of her choice? Or was she expecting Anu to fulfill his earlier promises to pick up the pieces and pacify the Sharmas like he’s done before whenever they were in trouble?

She married her blackmailer grudgingly so why agree to go on a honeymoon. What was she hoping anyways? To be romanced by her new husband having promised him loyalty? Who goes all in to appease a blackmailer, except to prove she is weak.

Was the trip abroad an easy escape from Kolkata so she doesn’t have to deal with the fallout with Sharmas or Basus bec of her actions?

Was Pre’s promise of loyalty to RB just her saying she’ll be his bobble head wife who won’t stand up to him for fear he may go after Anu for something or the other.
